Today, Bear Mountain is a true family operation. Sandra and Brenda keep the business running from the office — scheduling, communications, and making sure every customer is taken care of from the first call to the final invoice. Eddie and Eric are out in the field every day, handling the tough jobs across Northern New Mexico with the same hands-on dedication that built this company. Deedee and Jonathan keep it all moving — jumping between the office and the field wherever they're needed most, the kind of all-hands attitude that only a family business can bring.

And the next generation? Already here. Seven grandchildren — two granddaughters and five grandsons — are stepping in on both sides of the business, learning the trade and carrying the Bear Mountain name forward. This isn't just a company. It's a legacy being built in real time.
